If you don't eat right and work out, you will gain weight back! This isn't permanent weight loss.

My swelling has gone down significantly. I'm feeling great and loving my new shape! However, I do think after my 3 month I'm going to talk to Dr. Partington about re-doing my abs, a little part of my flank and a little part of my left inner thigh. Unless those things even out before then.

Overall. Very glad I did this!!

Dr. Partington was great! He truly makes you feel like your his only patient, not rushed at all. He knows what he's doing and he's really good at it! He's also really funny! Considering I didn't even like to look at myself wearing just my panties, I was nervous at first to wear them in front of him, but he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Very professional. The staff at Sono Bello was great as well! I liked all of the nurses that helped me (I saw 3). Dr. Partington also has his own practice and I think I'll go see him there for a laser skin treatment. He's a doctor of making people feel pretty :)
