I just got invisalign today and so far I can already feel movement. They don't feel sore yet. But I'll have to see how I feel tomorrow morning. The first time I tried to take the trays out I felt soooo frustrated! They were in there so tight that I couldn't get them out. I panicked! I found that its easy if I put on rubber gloves to get a better grip. Now I think I have the hang of it. I will keep you posted on my progress along with pictures

Today is day 2 of having invisalign. I woke up this morning and my teeth feel pretty good. Not that sore at all. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain but it actually feels alright. They definitely feel tight but that just means that it's working. Taking them in and out is getting a lot easier now. I still have to use the rubber gloves but I can actually get them to wiggle now. Today is 1 week since I have had invisalign. The first couple of days my lips were so dry but that finally went away. They are starting to feel less tight now. I think the biggest thing that I have noticed is my snacking. I feel like I have lost some weight. Mainly because I choose not to snack and not go through the hassle of taking them in and out. Also alcoholic beverages are out too. I hardly feel that I have them on. I'm getting used to it. Overall it has been good :)
