Dr. Been - Barrington, IL

When I had my wisdom teeth out, an infection formed in my cheek because it was not recognized early or treated correctly and it created a channel into my cheek. After going to many doctors(all this time led to the infection enlarging on my face even more), I had to go to a new oral surgeon who performed another surgery scraping the infection out(the new oral surgeon fixed the internal problem, and I was grateful). I was still left with the horrible, red infection that hurt to the touch. A friend of ours had gone to this practice for other reasons and recommended them. Dr. Been has been taking care of the infection and is a fantastic doctor. He is very kind, friendly, thoughtful, and is very intelligent. The staff is also really sweet and helpful. He is the only doctor who has really taken action in trying to get rid of the external problem. My face has improved and keeps improving every time I go see him. Even though this is a weird incident, Dr. Been has done an incredible job dealing with it and if he can do this, I'm positive he can fix anything. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Been if you need anything done. I would like to thank Dr. Been for all the help he has given me. It's a blessing.
