5 months pistop

I love my results. Everything is symmetrical and barely noticeable. My belly button is as natural as it can get. My scar is very low. I am able to excise, wear a two piece little bikinis. I live in my bikinis in the summer. My weight goes up and down, this summer had lots of big birthdays and parties and beer drinking, but my shape stays constant. No more 3 months pregnant gut but if I gain weight, I just feel pudgier even in my liposucked and tucked abdomen. So I still get fat, but I don't have a pouch anymore. It was worth it, and it was also important that I went to a perfectionist who listened to me and respected my concerns. Thanks Dr Dickie!

Two weeks post op

Other than the time and energy I have to put into the taping of my scar and belly button and into the wearing of my bindings, I am 100% back to normal. I have a bit of stinging in the skin and some swelling. But love the look. Cannot wait to go to the gym. Craving at least 30 min of hard cardio

Day 4 after tummy tuck

The honeymoon period of no pain ended on day 2. The inflammation set in and the pain became hard to ignore. It became crucial to stay on top of pain meds especially on day 3 and 4. Dr Dickie and his wife were available just an email away. The encouragement to start walking straight were the most important, because the Internet is filled with the advice to actually lay in bed, do nothing and not straighten up. I was told to walk straight and it prevented the severe back pain that I started experiencing even on day one. Now on day 4, I walk straight ( well 90%straight). I have to take Percoset since Advil is off the table and Toradol and Tylenol provide too short of a pain relief. But I only need it first thing in the morning due to stinging in my cut and one at night to let me fall asleep. I took my binding off to take a selfie. And here it is.
