I AM SO FRUSTRATED and DESPERATE!!!
So I am now sleeved and have been since the 16th of November and have only lost 12 lbs is this normal? Has anyone else gone through this, I feel like something is wrong I have been great as far as healing ... NO nausea, or pain, I was up and walking the first day and wanting to exercise but still only 12LBS PLEASE REPLY if you have had a similar experience!!! DESPERATELY needing some feedback!
SIXTEEN HOURS and COUNTING.....
Ok I am finally ready everything I need is in my cupboards and I am at 16hrs and counting YAY... This has been a weird week I started my liquid diet on Monday the 9th at 276lbs, and YES sadly I did cheat with a nibble here and a nibble there so maybe that is why I didn't lose a lot of weight but I do feel a difference in my clothes so hopefully everything is still good....I am a bit nervous about tomorrow my surgery is scheduled at 8:15am but I am super excited at the same time. I bought my last fat clothes today... Because I don't have pajamas lol... I needed something comfy and easy to move around in so that was an experience telling myself that I would NEVER by fat clothes again :) I just wanted to add a few pics of before before my life changes tomorrow and it is very hard to find them because I am usually hiding behind someone or they are face shots LMBO!
It's the FINAL countdown....
WOW... after almost a year of being on a roller coaster not to mention YEARS of being FATTER than I have ever been I only have 25 days until my liquid journey begins and 32 days until my sleeve surgery.... I have been so excited and now that it is finally approaching I have been having doubts I think that this is normal and I WILL be pushing on, I am regretting now that I have told so many people outside of my family... I am NOT ashamed of the surgery at all but if I could suggest to anyone that is reading this KEEP IT IN THE FAMILY... and to EVERYONE else tell them you are having abdominal surgery!!!! Just my opinion is all!

Bariatric Medicine institute of Utah has been so great very friendly and helpful I have been meeting with them for almost a year now on a six month diet and don't think at this time any other place would have been sufficient
