A year previous, I had lyposuction by another plastic surgeon in the Baltimore area. I was left with a very large mass of scar tissue and nothing I did or had done, corrected it. I looked like I had a fist sticking out of my stomach.

Dr. M did an examination and told me he couldn't guarantee good results because he wasn't sure there was adequate blood supply to the area. I was instructed to have an abdominal ultra sound (vascular) to see if there was blood flow to that area. It appeared to be okay, so we went forward with a tummy tuck, in which he cleaned out the scar tissue. He did tell me up front that if he got in there and saw no blood supply, he was going to stop the surgery. I had faith in Dr. M because he was very straightforward with me and I totally appreciated that.

I am very very pleased with the results. The scar has healed beautifully. I highly recommend Dr. M for any plastic surgery. I think he is thorough, has a wonderful eye and experience.
