Love Dr. Markmann and Team - Baltimore, MD

Previously had one syringe of voluma administered by another PS. The experience was horrific. The doc was rushed. Didn't listen to my concerns or address my questions. I almost passed out during the procedure. FFWD: had a consultation with Dr. Markman. Thanks to the candid reviews on real self I was able to find this doctor who devoted his undivided attention to me during my free (I include that it was free bc I would have thought a person whose time is worth so much would charge for the amount of time i consumed) consultation. During the consultation I discussed all of my concerns long term, short term, body, and face. He took time to discuss it ALL. every procedure I was considering. Possible outcomes. For the face all the different products. Pros and cons for each. I then saw the coordinator and set an appointment. Again. Very easy. Concise. I knew I could not set a PS date yet bc I wanted to lose more weight for MY final goal. But I did set a date for fillers in the future. I was very apprehensive after my first experience with voluma. I was please try surprised that Dr. Markmann was able to make me feel so at ease that I would try again. This time, based on my goals, we chose radiesse and bolotero. Radiesse to give me more defined cheeks and fill in som flatness in my medial cheek area and bolotero for underage hollowing. Dr. Markmann did the injections with very little to no pain. I was amazed. AMAZED I tell you. :) he had me watch in the mirror occasionally to check the fullness. When he was done I was VERY happy with the results!! A woman in the reception area 'had' to ask what I had done bc I looked amazing. That was awesome because after I left the first doc office (after voluma) it looked like I had been risen from the dead. Makeup all down my face mixed in with left over blood specks, no color left in my body etc. Dr. Markman took his time during the administering of the products as well. He would massage, adjust, and inspect his 'work' to ensure we could get as close to symmetrical as possible. I couldn't be happier. So glad I found this doctor. I am moving overseas and will continue to see Dr. Markman for the remainder of my plastic surgery needs. Oh, he also discussed fat transplant to my face if I wanted a more permanent solution. He has consistently made suggestions involving reaching my goals while getting 'bang for my buck'. I see that as a honest move by a plastic surgeon, to lower my cost (and subsequently also his profit margin) while still reaching my goals... It shows me he really is more concerned with your satisfaction. That is HUGE to me. He cares about how I feel as a person after any procedure...
