Dr. Papel was thoughtful in his approach, and excellent in the outcome. I had my eyes done at the same time (not included in price above since this website only allows for one procedure to be indicated.) I had researched many physicians in the Baltimore area and a meeting with him to discuss approach and seeing pictures of past results I found someone who would improve my appearance without excessive "Joan Rivers" results. Plus seeing his certifications for his surgery center with board certified anesthesiologists was the final decision point for me. on the day of my surgery, he had a surgical assist from a fellow from Hopkins. Can't get better than that for safety plus the skills he was as a cosmetic surgeon!
