Stitches off
Today makes two weeks. I had my stitches off and my first post op visit with my surgeon. He says things look great. I asked about my lack of dropping and he said because my breast tissue was so thin to begin with that a compression wrap wasn't a good idea for me. He suggested I go bra less until I drop to where I'm happy. I don't know if I'm that happy to go without a bra. They've been like a security blanket to me most of my life. If it helps it helps I guess. My scar is healing nicely and I'm ready for my scar syrum.
10 day update
The tightness I had been feeling is starting to let up finally. I no longer feel like I have an elephant on my chest. The pain is mostly gone as well. The incision is still tender when pressed on but otherwise is good. They feel like they have a little bit of jiggle now which is fun. The stitches come off in a few days.
