Exceptional Experience
My expectations were high. I had done my research. Dr Gervais had the right certifications, experience, and had been recognized by his peers as a Mpls/St Paul Top Doctor. However, what exceeded my expectations was the warm, caring, supportive, and very personal experience.
Everything about my experience with Minneapolis Plastic Surgery was unique and exceptional. Dr Gervais has assembled a team to support him who exude friendliness, kindness, goodness, positive energy, interject fun, and bend over backwards to ensure your comfort. I especially appreciated their accessibility and prompt responses both before and after surgery. Dr Gervais himself somehow makes the uncomfortable comfortable and is professional yet personable.
It's hard to put into words, but the procedures left me feeling more vitality, more comfortable in my clothes, and better about myself. I recently saw my GP for an annual exam. She asked who had done the procedures, complimenting Dr Gervais on his work, and said, 'You can hardly see the scars!" It's been almost a year now since the surgery and I still enjoy looking in the mirror to see a flat stomach and smooth back with no bra bulges! Thank you so much!
