Had teosyal filler just once on my upper lips, it's been over 4 years and it still has not dissolved, worse thing is it's not even in my lips anymore, it is above them! I had a small amount in the lines side of mouth which feels lumpy too! I hate having any photos taken close up! It's permanent even though the doctor told me it would only last a year

Hey hun, sorry to hear about your situation.. I hope it sorts itself out soon. I am actually considering getting teosyal because of its long lasting results. Could I ask where you had yours done and how much cc you had? X

I am guessing that is no longer filler,but granulomas from the filler. I've had them as well in the lip area. It is not an uncommon side effect. I've been using the dermapen and high quality serums (neocutis and RNA/DNA). Also a dermapen and vampire (prp) treatment may help resolve this.My nurse friend had something similar and the prp cleared it right up. Good luck!!
Wow 4 years is a long time for a filler like that to last. Have you talked to any doctors about it? Thanks for sharing.
I bet! You might want to consider talking to a different doctor, just to get a second opinion. Good luck to you, I hope you can either find a way to reduce the filler or that it dissolves soon.
