Tummy Tuck: Stories

I am a mommy of 2 little girls (5yr old and 1yr old). After I had my first one my tummy's skin looked a little bit loose but my stretch marks were looking bad. I lost all the weight I gained when I was pregnant with my first but was not happy with my tummy's skin but over time my stretch marks started fading. So anyways I got pregnant with my 2nd one and gained 60 pounds and after I had her I lost 40 of it but I am still working on losing the rest. I already picked out my surgeon and it is Dr. Tjelmeland at Meridian Plastic Surgery Center. I will be paying about $10,500 and that is including everything. He is going to do liposuction to my hips and do a umbilical hernia repair and tighten my abdominal wall muscles. I have been planning this for about almost 2yrs. The reason why I haven't done it sooner is because I haven't lost the weight that I want to lose. I want to weigh 135 when I have this surgery because in my opinion I think my results will look better if I am smaller. I weighed 178 about 2 months ago and have lost 23 pounds by working out and drinking Herbalife shakes with a low carb diet oh and working out 3-4 days a week. I need to lose 20 more before my surgery and I believe I will accomplish this before my tummy tuck. My goal here is to get advice and gain more knowledge about this procedure and to show my tummy tuck journey to others who are also considering this procedure.
