It's been 4 days since the removal of the 400cc under muscle implants. I don't think they look any different yet so will be interesting to see if they change. The right side that had a leak the nipple sits a bit higher. I think this is due to the capsule already starting to shrink around the smaller implant size. I'm hoping that they look ok enough to avoid a second lift but currently I'm guessing a lift will be needed at some point. Starting to get some sensation back in the nipples, hoping that's a permanent change as I had little to no sensation since having the implants put in! Bought some tops in size small and overly really pleased with the outcome. Granted when I lose 30 lbs I may have nothing left but at the moment they are a good size! The only weirdness I have is when I lift my arms it looks like a double boob, I have a ridge and then the breast tissue. I noticed this when I had the implants in, I hope it straightens out but if not oh well. Has anyone else had this and did it go away! I thought it was due to the implant being under the muscle but I still see it without the implant in.

Dr. Wilder is a excellent surgeon who was recommended to me by a good friend who is also a Doctor. I interviewed a few different doctors but appreciated Dr.Wilders no nonsense approach to my issue. He was very thorough in my consultation , unlike some of the other consultations I had already gone to. He asked relevant questions and took measurements and gave me a idea of what to realistically expect from the outcome. He didn't try to convince me to do a more invasive surgery than was needed and didn't try to push any additional procedures. His office is nice. His staff was good. The coordinator Mitzi I especially liked she was very helpful and friendly. The surgery center was in the same building so it's very convenient. The nurse who handled anesthesia was very open and thorough when I had questions. Overall I would highly recommend Dr.Wilder and if I need any additional procedures like a lift in the future I'll for sure call him.
