When a radiology lab decided not to be up front...
When a radiology lab decided not to be up front with me for over three years, and when I found out, honestly I was scared, my first reaction was to find a surgeon. I found Dr. Parker and Dr. Whitfield, am so glad to find these two wonderful surgeons, can't say enough about both surgeons, very professional and always ready to answer any and all my concerns, never have had a Dr. Call me at home, but when I was having a problem dr. Whitfield did, he calmed me down and gave me very helpful instructions of what our next steps would be. He has taken his time to always explain every thing to me in detail and make sure I understand the entire procedure, great bedside manner, even made me laugh a time or two, when I had a problem, he took care of it and made time for me for appointments that were not scheduled. I would highly recommend both surgeons to everyone in Austin and Georgetown Texas and all surrounding areas, I traveled over 60 miles to see them and would do it again!!

Dr. Whitfield, what can I say, a professional, always willing to explain my procedure, answer all questions, call me at home, took his time while I was in hospital to make sure I understood what he had done and what I could expect in my recovery. Made sure family members understood every thing. His entire office staff have been wonderful, taking their time to call or e-mail me about any changes made to my appointment time. And everyone made me feel like I was his only patient, took very good care of me.
