16 days post op

It seems to be better on some days than others. Really hope it eventually stays good on all days so I don't need to have any more taken off. Will have to ask the doc at my appt tomorrow. I started massaging from the inside corners and pressing out five times each eye, twice a day, and then pressing on the outer corners in a rotating motion.

Day 12

OK woke up this morning and eyes are looking ok again. I've been trying to find something that says how long it takes for eyes to heal completely after upper eyelid surgery but can't seen to find anything for just upper eyelid surgery. It's weird that it's going from looking great, to looking like nothing was done, to being just ok. Guess I'll ask the doc on Thursday and hope he says it'll look great all the time but only after a certain amount of time.

Eyes seem to be back to being heavy hooded

I'm kinda bummed. It's been a week and a half and my eyes are back to looking heavily hooded. This whole plastic surgery thing, between my chin and my eyes, has just been emotionally exhausting. And then frustrating that something so shallow is emotionally exhausting to me. Serenity now! Guess I'll see what the doc says on Thursday. Even my husband says it looks like I didn't have anything done. That bummed me out.
