First workout post surgery!!
It felt sooo good to finally workout after 4 weeks! I felt no pain in my back or in my breasts while doing Zumba. That was so exciting!!

Pain and discomfort - 1 week post op
Hey yall!!
Im I haven't updated in a while just wanted to say how I'm doing. I'm doing really well healing wise no infection but there is more pain and discomfort in certain areas.
The area in the middle where the T meets hurts really bad and near my arm pits where my incision ends on the side is very irritated and painful. It just seems like the matter the bra it is so annoying and painful.
If anyone has any suggestions of how to feel a little better or how long it generally takes for that to go away? I know im only at a week post op but I'm feeling better day by day. Im just trying to take it slow...
I will post more pictures tomorrow of my progress this far, any suggestions are welcomed!

First look!
So I'm starting to move around a little bit more but I'm so scared to move like I'm going to rip my sutures so im still walking a little weird. But I'm very pleased, I have sensation in my right boob but my left boob hasn't got any yet.
