Week 4 Update

Hmmm.....where to begin??? Well, I am now able to sleep on my sides some. The challenge is I still can't comfortably push myself to turn over so I have to wake up, scoot to the edge of the bed, fix the pillows to the position I want next and THEN get back into bed. I dint think I've had a solid nights sleep since I've gotten the implants but it's certainly getting better and better day by day.

I'm also now able to go a little while without the BIG BEIGE SURGICAL BRA (I've come to hate that dang thing) without feeling discomfort. Last week, I would come home from work and unhook it fit a while but after about 7-10 mins I'd feel a little discomfort.....like they were pulling on something like an internal stitch or something. But now I can leave it off 30-40 minutes!!! That is a HUGE relief for someone who would take my bra off after work and not put it back on until the next morning!

What else.....Oh, I'm experiencing this weird "itching" sensation. But the skin is still numb. It's like the itch is internal. I rub them for a little while (or scratch them) and its better....for a while.

I'm still numb below the nipple pretty much all the way to the incision. I'm not worried. Every now and then I'll get some kind of sensation that lets me know I'm healing and eventually I'll be back to normal.

I'm loving the way they are dropping! I think they are looking better and better every day. They still don't bounce or jiggle but I'm assuming that will come in time. I keep checking daily for a little jiggle but so far no go. :-( Oh well, I guess I'll have to continue to be patient.
