Consultation Tomorrow!

I appreciate all of the comments so far. I really know in my heart that explanting is the right decision it's just going to be tough financially but I really want them gone before we decide to have another baby, which will be soon! I know I'll miss the volume my breasts have, especially in shirts, etc but I'm really trying to get passed that! I'm hoping by the end of the year these are gone.

I'm a 25 year old mother on one. At 22 I had silicone implants put it above be muscle. Went from a B cup to a D cup. I am still breastfeeding my 20 month old and after pregnancy and nursing, my implants look nothing like they did pre pregnancy. We plan to have more kids and to breastfeed all of them so at this point would it be worth explanting and waiting to see what I want to do when we are finished having kids (and when I'm completely done nursing) or to just leave them in? They look awful when I lay down and it makes me very insecure. My breasts have already stretched a ton from pregnancy and nursing so I'm not sure what they would look like post explanting either. I loved my implants pre pregnancy, now, not so much. It's awkward having some much extra tissue around the implant
