I did my first augmentation 16 years ago. I was 20 yrs old and was a negative size A. I used saline high profile 400 filled to 420. I was very pleased. Before my first augmentation I struggled with confidence and hated being practically flat chested. It was a big deal when I got my first set because back then breast implants were looked at much more negatively and only strippers got them. It was hard to convince people I wasn't going to all of a sudden become a stripper. Now a days, everyone has them. I went from an A to a 34 big C or small D. I am 5' 6" and always weighed between 120-130 lbs. I was just happy filling in shirts and no longer having to hear how flat chested I was. It's funny because for me, my boobs were commented on more when I had none then when I got some. I was grateful my boobs stopped being a topic of conversation.

Years later I had 2 more kids and breast fed both of them. My boobs worked fine to nurse. I grew to a DD while was pregnant. So after I nursed, they no longer looked as great as they once did. In fact, because I've had them so long, most people don't even know I got them!

So after 16 years, thought its time for a redo. and although I' very heard they need replaced about every 10 years, the implant is still holding up well. The only reason I'm redoing them is for the cleavage, and perkiness.

Finding accurate size info for a 2nd BA is so difficult.

I want to go bigger to get perky again but I don't want to overdo it.

I'm technically going from an A but my skin is already molded from 1st BA, I don't want hear how size A can't do 575 because it can if I'm already stretched out.

My Dr recommended I go to a 550 - 575. And I'm going with Mentor Gel this time. Because I was originally an A, I never really liked the feel of saline. I didn't have enough tissue to hide the implant feel. And FYI, I lost boob sensitivity with my 1st BA, it never came back.

Anyhow 575 sounds huge! But I can't find any pictures of someone have a small A and going to 575?? I'm now wondering if I should go to 600? It's so scary!

But I'm hoping it'll get me back to the look I once had.

Photo below is yellow is 5 years after 1st BA, before 2 more kids. Photo in black is 16 years after 1st BA, after nursing 2 babies.

I'll post new 575 photo soon!

Dr Gooding was doing BAs when all the silicone controversy was going on. I really like him, but he retired about 15 years ago.... Going to DR Chen this time.
