Very unhappy

I had breast implants 4 years ago with a different surgeon. They were placed sub glandular and from day one I wasn't happy. It was told to me that I would have an acceptable outcome with this type of placement and would avoid having to have a breast lift. With a sub muscular placement I would of required a lift. I was so terrified for the scarring that comes along with a lift that I opted to go with the sub glandular placement. So here I am 4 years later and required a much needed revision. I had 490cc mod profile implants placed sub muscular with a lollipop lift. I could not be happier!!! Dr. DeLuca is an amazing surgeon. Just look at my pics. My scars are barely visible and this picture is only 8 weeks PO. The healing process was pretty uneventful other than the discomfort that comes along with this procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. DeLuca he take such pride and care in his work. He's clearly an artist :)

So I'm going to see Doc tomorrow. I'm concerned with the left side still being a tad higher and I am very disappointed with my size. I kept reading all these stories of DF and people getting bigger. So I haven't said too much about the size because I thought I would have this miraculous size increase. Well to my dismay I have lost a inch as things have settled in. Plus truly I feel like I have very wide but pancake like breasts. I wanted to have the same size as my old implants just lifted and perky. So I am going in tomorrow to talk about this with the doctor. He is so amazing and while he did a great job with the revision ultimately I'm sad about shopping for padded bras to make me look like my old size. Braless isn't really and option because I feel so small without the padding even though they sit in a nice position. I know the doctor will help me because he is such a professional and clearly passionate about his work and making his paitents happy. I'll keep ya posted!!

I Saw Dr. Deluca today to discuss my concern with the left side riding a bit higher and the lack of projection with my current implant. He was so caring and understanding. He did see the slight difference between the 2 breasts and listened to my concerns with my size. He never once made me feel uncomfortable. His main concern was to make me happy. I am a taller woman and body build, plus I have a very wide chest so apparently I have eaten my CC's LOL!! So he has offered to exchange the implants for a larger size to achieve the look I was hoping for. I am so pleased. He is the most amazing surgeon and truly cares about his patients. I cannot say enough about him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am schedule for June 10th. I will keep you posted of my progress!!
