I had smartlipo to my ankles one week ago today.

I have read that results are seen immediately. All I can say is that I obviously underestimated the size and shape of my ankles as they dont appear to have shrunk at all. I saw quite a bit of fat removed, but I cant say my ankles look any different than before. They still seem shapeless.

Am I expecting too much after one week. I still have pain, brusing and numbess in the calf and ankle area,and am wearing support hosiery supplied by the clinic. Would appreciate your comments. Thank you

he didnt tell me to rest after the procedure and I drove home in pain.

Hi Have you seen any improvement yet?? I am also considering smartlipo on my ankles & knees, and would therefore be grateful if you could tell me your surgeon's name and whether you recommend him based on whether you've seen any improvements yet?? I am looking at a clinic in Bristol. Thanks, Kay
