27 Year Old Female, Smart Lipo to my Upper Lower Abs and Flanks

I have a lot of lumps, bumps, discoloration and one large dimple right above my belly button. Is this normal for 3 months out for a 27 year old active female? I'm afraid it looks like I have more cottage cheese on my stomache now and the skin seems looser. But the fat is still there. I only went down an inch in all areas. I'm worried my stomache is gonna look messed up when I"m pregnant and get worse?

I recieved smart lipo or laser lipo on my upper and lower abs and flanks about 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for some kind of results.
I have been the chubby girl most of my life. I was always very active and a dancer growing up but have always had an apple shape. I work out like a mad woman, and eat very good but my body doesn't respond. So I decided to do laser lipo to give myself a real women's body with a waist.
So far... I'm the same as before the surgery, but now a little lumpy and have some color splotches. I have a large framed body with a lot of muscle mass. I am 5ft 5 in and 168 before surgery. Wich is high for me, usually beteween 150 to 160. I wear a size 10 to 12.
The doctor removed 1500 cc's of fat from my stomache. It's kind of puzzling to me that almost a 2 liter bottle of fat was removed without any immediate results?...why is that mass not missing from my body. I know final results are supposed to be 3 to 6 months out, but I don't feel like I"m really swollen anymore and I feel like I can still grab all my fat. Hm.... anyone have any answers or comments?

This related thread might help explain things: How much weight can safely be lost with Smart lipo?
From Dr. Schlessinger's answer, 2L of liposuction is only equivalent to a pound or two in weight, but you should be starting to notice a difference in shape/contour. Have you seen any results like this yet?
Yeah, it sounds likely that whatever was removed was basically "swapped out" for swelling and fluid retention, even if you're not aware of it. Hopefully it will resolve with time! :)
