My 9:15am appointment for 4/15/15 going to this address in a snow storm with tragic so bad I almost got hit twice:

Rogers Dermatology Clinic: Mann Teresa MD, Address. ( This is copied off the internet)
Called when I got to Rogers Dermatology Clinic to find out that this is the wrong address. I call and spoke to Kris the receptionist to advise her of the situation giving her precise information of where I was while driving in a very bad snow storm. She ran over my conversion while trying to give her my location, saying wait, wait, wait to stop her from talking. she said " I don't know which direction your coming from".
I had to cancel my appointment because of timing for Dr. Teresa Mann getting to her class on time. I'm leaving for Paris on the 1st of May. Dr. Mann is booked through the end of may. I can't write a review for her but I'll tell you that this Kris person has no manners let alone judgement in how to give simple direction AFTER LISTENING to the other persons information of their location. A street address would have be important as well.
Very disappointing situation with her receptionist. Training is advised.
