I had a punch biopsy on the end of my nose 10 days ago to have a mole removed. Had stitches out after 7 days and healing ok but I am upset to see that the wound is quite indented. I'm getting married in a month and worried I'll look a mess on the day that every girl wants to look their best :-( The shadows the indent casts look awful. Is this likely to fill in as it heals? What can I do to help/speed healing? Have some silicone gel and sheet but not sure if I'm doing the right thing.
The doctor put three stitches after removing the mole. He said it would probably bruise, and it did. My stomach and back have been hurting off on on ever since. The stitches were removed 2 days ago.
Hi I have had 3 moles removed from my face 12 days ago via shave method and now I have noticed these moles have turned yellow and are oozing with pus? Is this normal? Do I need to remove the pus? My surgeon didn't give me much advice on after care apart from using vasseline which I have been doing constantly. I wasn't told on what the healing process would look like and about what's normal and what isn't so I have no clue if they're healing or getting worse. Also when can I wear makeup to cover?
My mole was removed 11 days ago. Its been healing from the inside out. It use to be a divot and now its just a small indent. Can I remove the bandages and allow a scab to finally form? Im allergic to latex and some glues. The ones I can wear ,wont stay on for very long as it is between my shoulder blade. Anyway the allergic reaction is becoming more of an issue than the mole itself. So can I let it scab over at this point?
I had a mole excised a 9 days ago between my shoulder blade and spine on my back. The stitches have been feeling fine and it has been healing well according to my first follow up. I'm now having some soreness in the area that I think is muscle but I'm not sure. A) Should it still be sore after a week and a half and B) does a mole excision go into the muscle tissue? Thank you!
