I went to a spa today to try the Silk Peel Dermal Infusion my face looked fine when I left but about 3 hours afterwards I noticed my face is increasingly extra red and irritated. I have tried searching online to see if redness occurring is normal but it only states minimal redness right after the procedure, but my redness keeps increasing? Is this normal? If not what should I do?
I am 31, female with adult acne on my cheeks. I have been on benzoyl peroxide and azelaic acid regimen for 4 months, my face is almost clear but still developing white closed comedones and blackheads on my nose. I am looking for a regular facial method that will suit my face and also helps with those problems and also have an antiaging benefit. Is silk peel one of them? Hydrafacial? Oxygeneo? Any suggestions rather than manual extractions and classical facials?
I was wondering this for a few areas of concern: -mild ice pick acne scars on face -stretch marks on breasts and thighs and calves -keratosis Pilaris all over breasts I am curious, based on the photos, how many treatments for each it would take to obtain a desirable improved result (doesn't need to be perfect). Thanks:-)
So I am seeing this doctor and he suggested silkpeel and that it will help my skin, I bought a package and I got my first session and things were great. Now 15 days later, I went for another one, and I think the girl went a bit hard so my skin especially my forehead has small scratches, they burn a little, they are not deep or very obvious but still ! The girl told me it is ok and they will go in 4 days. Is that true? Should I never gi back again? Please help me I am terrified. I am 22 years old
Ive had pretty clear skin growing up minus a pimple here and there. In the last 2-3 years my skin has gotten much worse. Ive gotten larger pores on my face and my skin looks very dull now. I am also beginning to get a few lines and darkness under my eyes and Ive tried a number of things to reverse all of this but haven’t found a solution yet. I would love to get my glowing, radiant, and flawless skin back. Is a silk peel treatment (or several treatments) right for me?
No improvement after 1st session. Rather more blackheads on my nose, chin, cheeks. Explained this to the aesthetician during the 2nd session & she increased suction around my problem areas. Blackheads still remained but not as much as the first time- been breaking out since 1 week after 2nd session. At the 3rd session, she used less suction so as not to aggravate my skin. My laugh lines looked softer but still -blackheads. It's just been 2 days after my last session and I have so many blackheads
I'm 23, and I used to live in India for the past 6 months. There is a lot of pollution, and I started to have acne break-out all the time. Now that I am back in the US, I'm still suffering from some acne. Will Silk Peel Facial be helpful for treating acne?
