I am 19 years old and i've already lost a ton of weight. I am 5'5" and currently weigh 135 lbs. The problem i am having is that no matter what all my life i've had large thighs, hips, and butt, which have all been hereditary from family regardless how much i work out, plus i come from a family that is obsessed on eating healthy. I have been seriously considering liposuction in order to shape the areas but my mom thinks i'm too young, i want a professional opinion to see if its worth it.

A swimsuit is not a compression garment. It will do nothing to you.You can hunt endless compression garments suppliers on net and send your various measurements and order them on line. Its the most important part after Liposuction to be taken seriously.
If there is fat stores elsewhere then grafting fat to the depressed areas may help.I would not inject filklers. It is a waste of money.A tummy tuck may be a more affordable solution in the long run.
There is nothing pathological about itching after having any surgery including liposuction and fat transfer. It is simply a response by release of histamines in a healing wound that causes the itching sensation and in most cases is a sign of normal healing process without infection.
