I am uncomfortable with my breasts because they look so different than other women's breasts. They fall completely towards the bed when I lie on my side, I don't have cleavage, and when bending over they seem to hang oddly and look misshapen. It almost looks to me as if my breasts have been "deflated." I am 26, no kids, and have never had any major weight gain/loss. Would implants help solve these issues, or would the implants just exacerbate the problems? Is this a Cooper's Ligament issue?
Answer: There is no true "normal"...when it comes to breasts
There is absolutely nothing wrong with your breasts. You simply may not have as much volume as you desire. Many women's breasts have a fair degree of mobility. Further, I have never met a female patient with perfectly symmetrical breasts. I think you need to figure out what bothers you most, and then we can help to educate about exactly which procedure will benefit you most.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Decreased volume and excess skin require Mini Ultimate Breast Lift
Your breasts are too widely spaced, have inadequate volume and have increased skin envelope. You would benefit from a new technique called Breast Augmentation with Mini Ultimate Breast Lift. This technique would elevate your breasts higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage and reshape them creating upper pole fullness. At the same time, an implant can be placed. Aligning the areola, breast tissue and implant over the bony prominence of the chest wall gives maximum anterior projection with a minimal size implant. Small silicone implants placed retro-pectoral look and feel more natural, are more stable long term and less likely to ripple.
Best Wishes,
Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast problem You basically have loose tissue and skin of your breasts which would benefit from straightforward breast augmentation. Because you have looseness of the tissue you may need a lift done at a later time especially after you have kids. One warning, if you get implants don't let them talk you into large implants. Nothing over 400 cc's, otherwise they will sag faster.

Answer: Improving Your Breast Shape
Dear Melissa, Thank you for your question and photos. If you were my patient I would really emphasizse to you that there is nothing "wrong" with your breasts. It is normal for breasts to have motion with gravity and the majority of women lack cleavage. If you are uncomfortable with your breasts, positive change is possible. The change might involve an augmentation with or without a breast lift. The exact plan would require an in person consultation. It is important that you feel comfortable with your body.

Answer: What is Wrong with my Breasts?
Thank you for the question and pictures. There is nothing “wrong” with your breasts but they are “deflated” appearing, causing the aesthetic concerns that you describe. You may be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery which will likely alleviate many of the aesthetic/visual concerns that you describe.
The best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link) help.
