Hi All my button front teeth are worn down from grinding and bite issues, I've been wearing a partial for a few years now. I got some implants on top and I'm waiting for it to heal, however my dentist didn't offer a long term solution for my entire mouth at this point. Isn't it something I should be expecting from him since it's a prosthodontist practice ? Please advise.
