Discolored Patches All Over Body - What Do I Have?

Hello! Discolored patches not really white under the right armpit, near the elbow, penis, a light patch around a mole on my right shoulder, on my hands (90%). They are between 8 years (armpit) and 2 years (hand). Their color was between pink and brown before treatment. After 3 months of treatment patches (under the armpit, elbow) are disappeared(dermoval+vitiskin).Patches’s color on my hands(protoic+vitiskin)become increasingly red or even brown but still exist. what do I have?
