I'm almost 18 and my parents won't let me get a nose job. I'm under their insurance. Will it cost more if I pay myself? (Photo)

I'm turning 18 in a few months and I plan on getting this procedure done someday. I plan on paying for it myself. I have one problem, my parents don't approve of this procedure and I'm under their insurance. Will it cost more if I get the procedure done without the insurance? I intend on paying for this with my own money. I want the surgery for cosmetic reasons. I have wanted a nose job for over 6 years. I have been bullied constantly over it growing up. I am 100% sure I want this procedure done
