I don’t see your nose that way at all. You have what some would call a tension nose because your upper lip is tight and short. Lowering your bridge and reducing the lower edge of your septum would be needed. I would do this as a closed rhinoplasty

The naso-labial angle, which is the angle between your nose and lip, appears to be fine, although there is a little strain when you smile. You can have more of a projection and refinement of your nasal tip ,that may help. Some lip augmentation may help as well.
