No. As long as you are in good health and understand the risks and benefits of the procedure you are as good a candidate as anyone 20 or more years younger.
You have a fabulous result in your photos. I caution you in that you would need to balance your desire to go smaller with possible sagging and scaring. Your present implant appears to fit your body habitus fairly well. Reconsider....Good luck and be well.
