As you can see the tip is over rotated and the nostrils are only half the size of the tip which should be 3/4 because it looks so weird! I had to put juvaderm voluma on my bridge because there was no dorsum or pyramid in my nose. Can this be fixed?

Your grafts may have shifted or absorbed after the trauma. Best to give it a full year and then reassess the need to perform another revision which would likely require rib grafting
