I am due to go on holiday 2 weeks before my surgery, returning exactly a week before my rhinoplasty operation. Is it reasonably safe to travel on a short haul flight (3 hours) this close to surgery?

The excess cartilage may end up as follows:1) Discarded 2) Used for improvement of other areas of the noseThe nose is irrigated before the procedure is finished. There will be no remaining debris inside the nose following the end of the surgery. I hope this helps, and good luck.
Reason for nostril show excess in your nose is the nose is short and NOT rotation. The cartilage I have used in noses like yours for 35 years is septal cartilage.
