I am currently in my early 20s, but I have had these lines under my eyes since I was a child. They appear to be permanent, i.e. no amount of sleep, allergy shots, avoidance of sun exposure, etc. appears to make them less noticeable. What could they be, and how can I fix them? Thank you!
