I am 31, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis a year ago. I'm wondering if there are any surgeons who will perform this procedure or any alternative to achieving a nice buttocks. I can pay in full without any financing. I am desperately seeking help. Thanks.
Answer: I have ulcerative colitis. Are there any doctors who would perform the bbl for me? Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Please talk to your primary doctor to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)

Answer: I have ulcerative colitis. Are there any doctors who would perform the bbl for me? Once you obtain medical clearance from the doctor managing your ulcerative colitis, a Brazilian buttlift can be considered.I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Yes to bbl if your colitis is controlled. As the previous surgeons discussed, you are a candidate if your uc is well controlled. You will need clearance from your primary physician prior to surgery. I have offices in the city and the south suburbs and would be happy to consult with you. Best of luck,Dr Shifrin

Answer: Ulcerative Colitis Hello, you probably already know that this condition is a unknown cause illness. You have to have a clearance from your doctor and the illness to be controlled prior your surgery. Also this condition is related to stressful situations, so, you have to do your part on managing the stress (yoga, meditation, exercise, etc) It has its own restrictions and interactions with some medications. We as care providers have to be very thorough on the type of medication which can not be used or be carefully used as is NSAIDs and some antibiotics. Other than that I do not see any other type of contraindication for your surgery. For the BBL it will be needed to do a liposuction on the areas to be treated and then use that fat to be grafted into your butt, you have to know that not all of the fat can be grafted and the fat that was transfered will suffer some absorption (20-30%).Hopefully you may have a wonderful experience and a great resultDr. Cardenas

Answer: Ulcerative colitis and buttock augmentation If you get medical clearance, then it is probably OK to undergo a brazilian buttock lift. Good luck.
