What is the Best Treatment for Skin Damaged by a Cosmetic Device?

This goes out to the doctors out there who are WILLING to listen to those of us who have been damaged by laser/IPL devices. If you read through the thousands of posts on this site, you'll see a pattern emerge from people who have noticed their skin changed dramatically POST fraxel, IPL, etc. Indentations, fat loss, sagging sking, crepey skin, more lines, more wrinkles, hyper-sensitivity, burning sensations, nerve damage, and the list goes on. What treatment options do we have?
