I had 4 units of Botox to my depressor angularus for marionette lines and at same time the doctor was doing facial mesotherapy treatments and 3 days later my smile was crooked and I can barely laugh It only shows when smiling and it’s been 7 months now and I notice it’s still crooked when smiling. I have not had anymore mesotherapy or botox injections since but still can’t smile normally. Could it be nerve damage from a needle? Botox usually wears off within 4-5 months
