I have been having botox for over 20 years every 4- 6 months. About a year ago i have noticed prominent bump on the left side of my forehead (im asssuming its my muscles still trying to work). I have waited longer than usual before having botox there in hope that it should help, however after having my injections again (4 month ago) i have noticed more bumps and my forehead never looked more uneven which is very upsettting. Would anyone have any suggestions what could be done here to fix it?

Answer: Uneven forehead after 20 years of botox spaced 4-6 months apart
Hi @saisaiso81! Botox typically wears off in 3-4 months in the majority of patients. Botox does not typically migrate especially if the injection pattern is consistent. The forehead should not bulge after several years. Routine Botox should help keep the desired area injected smooth and relaxed....
The effect of temperature on your Botox treatment is not typical so there is no way to really explain what is occurring. I encourage you to return to your injector so you can demonstrate in person the changes you experience based on temperature changes.
Hello and thank you for your question. In this case considering you have had filler in this area and feel as though one side is swollen it would be best to see your injector as this could be a delayed inflammatory reaction.
We hope that answers your question. Best wishes
