TMJ Issue and Concern (Using Invislign to Help)?

So i have tmj (my left/ right jaw is misaligned). i would like to specifically ask about the left side jaw with tmj. So a few months ago (april), my left chin/jaw landed hard bottom first onto a wooden table. My question is, besides this trauma affecting my left jaw and chin, could this trauma also have affectes my left maxilla (as causing pain and swelling there) along with it shifting the position of the left side of my nose.
