Thigh Muscle Reduction?

I was curious if there is any surgery that reduces the muscle in your thighs? I'm aware that liposuction can only remove fat, and a thigh lift removes fat and sagging skin.... Is there anything to get rid of excess muscle? There are calf reducing surgeries, surely there is something for the thigh? Thank you for your time.
