Can Testosterone Replacement Therapy Help Reverse Wrinkles/fat Loss in Cheeks?

I am a 39 year old man with concerns about premature ageing. It manifests itelf in some fat loss to my cheeks, with resultant loose skin (dry?) & fine lines/crinkling when I smile. It is a lot worse when I lean forward. I haven't had the best diet, don't exercise, & have spent too many hours with my face pressed against the pillow (cotton). I have however taken propecia for over 10 years (now stopped) which may have effected hormone levels. I am currently awaiting results for this.
