Surgical Scars from FFS, Liposuction, and Just About Any Invasive Surgery - Do They Ever Completely Disappear?

Surgical scars from Facial Feminization Surgery, SRS, liposuction, and just about any other invasive surgeries. Do these scars eventually fade away in short term (a year), or will they be with the person for life? Can such surgical scars be removed without a trace?

Scars from surgery

Anytime a knife is placed on the skin, a scar develops and this is permanent. However, many scars fade very nicely but this takes a year or more for most.

Surgical scarring

There is no way to erase a scar. There are numerous methodologies available to make scars less noticeable  like designing the incisions along naturally occurring skin crease lines, scar taping, laser and scar injections.  and various surgical maneuvers on the scars themselves once they have formed to break them up visually or change their orientation.
