Are there supplements or enzymes that can help rhinoplasty recovery/swelling/scar tissue?

 Its important to maintain a low salt diet for the first few months after the rhinoplasty procedure to prevent swelling in the nasal tip. Steroid shots are also helpful for several months after the procedure to reduce swelling. Blenderm taping is also helpful for people with thick skin.

I’m not sure any supplements have ever been
shown to reduce swelling. Arnica can be helpful with reducing bruising. But
eating a balanced, healthy diet will go further than any supplement you could
buy. And if swelling and asymmetric healing become issues, the best treatment
is close follow up with your surgeon and well-timed steroid injections, and
occasionally taping of the nasal dorsum in cases of excessive post-op swelling. Additionally,
some surgeons use oral steroids for a short course around the time of surgery
