When can we use silicone sheet for the scar (to avoid any widening)after the surgery? Do we use it only when the scar is completely healed ie. a year after the surgery or straight away after the surgery? Was adviced to apply vitamin e cream all the way. Does 'circular' massage help in healing or pressing with some pressure on the scar?
