I am approaching the end of my Accutane treatments, 5 months on 70mg/ per a day. During this time, I have not consumed alcohol and I have gain a substantial amount of weight. I am aware I am not allow to do strenuous exercise to lose this weight. Therefore, how long should I wait after my treatment,to have a drinking night? and in addition how long should I wait before I start dieting and exercising?

While it is believed to be safe after 1 month I believe it would be best to seek the advise of your doctor and get them to give you the green light to start to trying to conceive. Best of luck!
