My last dose of accutane was June 8, 2015 and my husband and I are really wanting to start trying. I was on accutane for 6 months and my derm told me that "it's safe to start trying one month after your last dose, however if it was me I would wait 6 months" and my gynecologist said the same thing....WHY would people say it's safe after one month but then follow that with "but if it was me I would wait 6 months..." If I get pregnant at 5 months post accutane will my child be at risk?
