What to Do About Skin Sensitivity to the Sun?

Hello Dr. I have a problem skin. Whenever I go out in the sun, my skin gets dark. I don't know what is my skin type. My father, my mother, and brothers have fair skin. When I go out, my skin gets dark.
Please help me try to solve the problem. It is because of this I dont go out much it has become a stigma for me. Tell me what to do, I don't know my skin type.
