Is 3 months too early to do a ski trip after rhinoplasty?

I'm a big skier and pleased with my results after a septo-rhinoplasty that removes a dorsal hump, but know that I’m still healing and i have thick skin. Wondering if I should postpone my ski trip which would be exactly at 3 months post surgery.
