Hello! after my neck lift I have thick ropey scars (where draining tubes were, I think) I have some thick skin that is visible and feels like a rope and matches up to where the draining tube was. It has been 3 months exactly, and when I saw my plastic surgeon -- who I really like a lot, by the way), he indicated this was just salivary glands that are noticeable now. But these salivary glands seem to run underneath my chin and are a constant band. He injected some cortisone, but I am concerned. Can someone please let me know if this is correctable? Thank you!!
